I PROVIDING THIRD PARTY COLLATERAL PAN INDIA WITH TWO OPTIONS

OPTION – 1

LOAN SHARING BASIS: 50-50

Terms and conditions from collateral provider/owner side:

1. All induction charges in a company will be bear by company only.
2. All Bank expenses will be bear by company only.
3. All traveling expenses will be bear by company only for collateral owner + 2 persons.
4. Half of the all above expenses, the company can deduct from the disbursement amount.

Terms and conditions from Qolaris side:

1. Our commission will be 3% of the loan amount used by the company.
2. Work will start after the token fees of Rs. 21000 non refundable, further can be adjusted from our commission on disbursement.
3. We will provide a clean title with complete owner KYC and Video of collateral and owner within 30 days of token.
4. Meeting will be done with the collateral owner in our office only.
5. Loan arrangements will be done by you only.
6. We will give you collateral from pan India.

OPTION – 2

Collateral Provider Will Charge 20% One Time For 5 Years For Providing The Collateral

FAQ

1. In the second option , For how many years the 20% has to be paid ?

Ans : One Time for 5 Years.

2. Can the company get independent valuation done for the provided collateral as well ?

Ans: yes sure

3. In how much time can the process be completed.

Ans: we are providing collateral only , I need 30 days after token done by you

4. In the 50-50 agreement , Will the third party pay to the 1st party the EMI or directly the source of funds

Ans : will pay the EMI to first party.
